Moovit Refuses to Update Bus Schedules Despite Multiple Reports

I purchased an annual subscription to Moovit, but the app consistently provides incorrect bus schedules. The schedules for the buses I use have changed, yet Moovit continues to display outdated times. I’ve reported this issue multiple times through the app, but my feedback has been completely ignored. As a paying customer, this is unacceptable. If I hadn’t paid, I might overlook the issue, but I expect accurate information in return for my subscription fee. Moovit is still showing me outdated schedules for the buses I rely on, causing constant inconvenience. I demand that Moovit updates the bus schedules immediately and starts paying attention to user feedback. Ignoring this issue is unfair and unprofessional.
