I am very frustrated with the Moovit app because it provides inaccurate bus times. The app showed a bus on its way, so I waited for 30 minutes. When I checked again, it suddenly displayed that the bus had already passed, and now it was showing the next scheduled time instead.
The app told me the bus was 2 minutes away, yet it never arrived. I stood at the stop, expecting it to come, but it never showed up. This is extremely misleading, and I ended up wasting my time.
Moovit, fix your scheduling system! If your data is not accurate, it causes major inconvenience for users. Has anyone else experienced this issue? I need a solution immediately!
