Monet I Deposited Was Not Transferred To My Money Pay Account

1200 TL I deposited on April 21 and 650 TL I deposited on April 26 were not transferred to my account. I have repeatedly phoned and sent e-mails, but neither my money has been returned nor credited. Every time I call, they say 'we are interested' but there is no interlocutor. At the moment, there is no money available, my account is divided so that I can shop, and I am experiencing great victimization. It is not wise to open an account and make transactions in this system, because there is neither money nor an interlocutor! As of today, I have filed a lawsuit. I am adding money for no reason and interest is being charged for not being able to pay for my purchases, which is a big problem!
