On November 1, while trying to deposit ₺15,000 via QR code at the Garanti Bank Bahçeşehir branch ATM in Istanbul, my money got stuck in the machine. It has now been 10 days, and the issue still hasn’t been resolved. I contacted the bank, received a negative response, and then reached out again to fill out a form. After that, only a ridiculous amount of ₺600 was deposited into my account. During the transaction, I was only given the ATM number 00924cr5182 — no reference number was provided. This is the first time I’ve experienced such a problem, and I request that my issue be resolved immediately and the remaining amount be fully refunded to me.
