I Face Repeated r1905 Error at PTT When Sending Money to Pakistan
On October 1, 2025, and the previous day, I attempted to send ₺4,000 from the Düzce Central PTT Branch to Pakistan, to a recipient named M A**. I had successfully sent money to the same person before and received the transaction receipts without any issues. However, since yesterday, every time I try to make the transfer, I keep getting an “r1905” error code, and the transaction fails each time.
When I contacted PTT customer service, they suggested trying the transfer under a friend’s name, but that didn’t solve the problem either. At the branch, the staff only told me it was a “code error” and that the transaction wasn’t being approved, without offering any detailed explanation. This is a personal transfer that I urgently need to complete, and the repeated failure has caused me significant inconvenience.
I request that this issue be resolved immediately, that my money transfer be processed successfully without further errors, and that I receive a clear explanation from PTT regarding the cause of this ongoing technical problem.
