My Mobile Legends Account Suspended and Diamonds Vanished without Explanation

I have wasted a lot of time and money playing Mobile Legends because I am addicted to it. But recent events have given me a problem that I haven't been able to solve yet. I went ahead and bought a Weekly Card from Google Play in preparation for the Double Diamonds event without first asking for a refund of any kind. After that, though, I got a message that my account was being looked into to see if anything was wrong. Not only did the number of diamonds in my account go down, but my account was also shut down. I politely ask that this problem be looked into and that the person in charge answers my question. I play a big part in the game.
