Mobile Legends Diamonds Not Credited for Event Participation

In Mobile Legends, there is an event called "Cosmic Explorer" where loading diamonds into your account grants you Premium Supply cards. I specifically purchased diamonds three times to participate in this event, but none of the transactions registered as completed. It’s as if no diamonds were ever loaded into my account, preventing me from benefiting from the event.

This has been a complete waste of my money and effort. These diamonds were not free, and it’s incredibly frustrating to lose them due to a system issue. I kindly ask Mobile Legends to resolve this issue promptly, credit the missing diamonds, and ensure I can fully participate in the event. Your immediate attention would be greatly appreciated.
