Mobile Legends Diamonds Not Delivered After Purchase on Google Play

On November 16, I purchased 50 diamonds in Mobile Legends, taking advantage of the November sale. Since I was hesitant to invest more due to past issues, I decided to start small. Despite completing the purchase, I received a message stating, "Purchases are not available in your country." After multiple attempts, I finally managed to make the payment, and the transaction reflected in my Google Play balance. However, the diamonds were never credited to my account.
I reported the issue through the Mobile Legends support system. They responded that there might be a delay and advised me to check again after 24 hours. I waited and checked as instructed, but the diamonds were still missing. I submitted another report, but this time I received no response.
It is now November 24, and I still haven’t received the diamonds. The payment is visible in my Google Play account, so it’s clear that the transaction was successful. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly, with the diamonds credited to my account or a full refund issued. I’m deeply disappointed with the lack of response and support. Mobile Legends needs to address this problem urgently.
