Mobile Legends Unjust Diamond Deduction – Negative Balance Issue




I am facing a serious issue regarding unauthorized purchases and an incorrect diamond deduction on my Mobile Legends account. On March 2, someone gained access to my phone and made purchases on Google Play without my knowledge. These included Weekly Diamonds and Super Valuable Diamonds offers. As soon as I realized this, I requested a refund, and I did not use the 220 + 170 diamonds that were granted from these purchases.
My diamond balance before the purchases was 110 diamonds. I spent 100 diamonds, leaving me with 10 diamonds in my account. However, after the refund, my balance wrongfully dropped to -331 diamonds. Logically, I should still have 10 diamonds, not a negative balance. Yet, the system is now forcing me to repay 341 diamonds that I never used, which makes no sense.
