Miu Miu Sold Me Defective Sunglasses—Rude Staff & Stressful Experience

On the evening of April 25, I purchased a pair of Miu Miu sunglasses from the Zorlu store, just 10 minutes before closing. The sales associate, C** Hanım**, packed the item and brought it to the counter. Before paying, I asked to check the product, and it turned out to be damaged. I requested a replacement, and they brought another one from the stockroom.

Since my baby was restless, I took the new pair after a quick check. However, once I got home and inspected them in detail, I noticed that the lens was loose and defective as well. The next morning, I returned to the store before noon, only to be met with C** Hanım’s unhelpful and dismissive attitude**. She was rude, uncooperative, and unwilling to assist, which made the situation even more frustrating.

With my baby waiting in the car, the entire process stressed me out. Eventually, my husband had to step in, and the store manager, C** Bey, finally resolved the issue and accepted the return**. If a solution was possible, why make customers go through so much trouble?

I am now waiting for my refund to be processed, but this experience has convinced me to never shop at Miu Miu again.
