My Miu Miu Sunglasses from Sunglass Hut Broke Twice—Refusing Fair Replacement

I bought Miu Miu sunglasses from Sunglass Hut (Capacity store) in December. Shortly after wearing them, a screw became loose. I took them back immediately, but the store kept delaying, saying they were under inspection or awaiting shipment. After nearly two months of waiting, they replaced the glasses—but unbelievably, the exact same screw loosened again shortly after replacement! When I returned to the store once more, they finally acknowledged it was a manufacturing defect and promised another replacement. However, the new store manager suddenly claimed ignorance and refused the solution previously agreed upon. Prices have doubled since my original purchase, making an equivalent exchange impossible without extra costs. Sunglasses Hut, I demand immediate resolution—either refund my ₺ payment or provide an acceptable replacement without additional cost!
