Miu Miu Sunglasses from Official Website Arrived Broken

I ordered Miu Miu sunglasses directly from their official website, shipped by the İstinye Park branch, and they arrived damaged! When I opened the carefully packaged box, I found the sunglasses already broken, with the arm completely detached. Even more frustrating, they included the tiny screw and protective fittings in the box separately, as if knowing they were sending a defective item! How could Miu Miu allow this negligence on such an expensive product? Clearly, proper quality control wasn’t done before shipment. I'm extremely disappointed—I didn’t pay this much money (₺) to receive broken sunglasses. I demand Miu Miu immediately take responsibility and resolve this situation by sending me a replacement or providing an urgent refund. Act promptly and respect your customers!
