My Miu Miu Sunglasses from Opmar Cepa Are Defective—Store Refuses Refund

I bought Miu Miu sunglasses from Opmar Cepa store, and within just two days, I realized they were clearly asymmetrical—completely defective! When I returned to the store to address this issue, they abruptly informed me refunds weren't possible, only exchanges. Why would I trust them with another product after this terrible experience? Their customer service was excellent until I faced a problem; then their attitude suddenly turned careless and indifferent. It’s unacceptable that they're forcing me into exchanging the product instead of providing a rightful refund (₺). Why should I trust Opmar Cepa after this awful customer service experience? I demand that Opmar Cepa resolves this issue immediately by accepting a refund or providing a reliable solution. Don't sell defective products if you won't take responsibility!
