My Miu Miu Sunglasses from Sunglass Hut Capacity Have Defective Temples
I bought Miu Miu sunglasses from Sunglass Hut Capacity store on May 27, and immediately noticed the temples were defective. When purchasing, they assured me the product had full warranty coverage, promising assistance if any issue arose. Yet, when I reported the problem, they refused to honor their word! Even after the store manager forwarded my complaint to the manufacturer, my request was rejected again. How is it acceptable to sell clearly defective sunglasses and then refuse responsibility afterward? Sunglass Hut and Miu Miu must stand behind their expensive products and promises! Stop misleading customers with fake assurances. I'm demanding immediate resolution—either replace the defective product or issue a full refund (₺). Don't promise warranty protection if you can't deliver it. Fix this now!
