Miu Miu Zorlu Staff Ignored Us Until We Decided to Buy
On May 29, my friend and I visited the Miu Miu store in Zorlu, and the customer service was extremely disappointing. As soon as we walked in, the two sales associates at the counter didn’t even acknowledge our presence. We greeted them, hoping for assistance, but one of them barely looked up from her phone before saying a half-hearted “welcome” without making any effort to assist us.
After waiting, I asked, "Are you going to help us, or should we just look on our own?" to which she simply replied, "Go ahead." When we mentioned we were looking for sunglasses, she just pointed to the section and left us on our own.
However, as soon as my friend decided to purchase, the same associate suddenly became attentive and eager to help. It seems their priority is customers who spend a fortune, not providing quality service to everyone.
