Miniso Sends Incomplete Kuromi Travel Pillow Set Without Sleep Mask

With my order number 79897 dated October 23, I purchased a Kuromi travel pillow from Miniso's online store. My order was delivered on October 27 to my address in Bursa Nilüfer Beşevler. Even though I bought it thinking the product would come as a set with a sleep mask, only the travel pillow came out of the package—the sleep mask was missing.
Despite making a purchase of over $14, I was disappointed that the product was sent incomplete. I haven't had any conversation with customer service yet. My request to Miniso is that the sleep mask, which is part of the product I purchased, be sent to me as soon as possible and that this deficiency be corrected.
I demand that this missing product issue I experienced be quickly reviewed and resolved.
