-On November 6, 2025, around 6:00 PM, I wanted to purchase an Elsa-patterned storage container at the Miniso Kentpark mall store. I stated that I wanted to buy the product at the price I saw displayed on it; however, the store employee refused to make the sale, saying "I can't sell it to you at this price, there's no such thing as consumer rights." When I spoke with the store manager about the issue, I received a response like "You don't have to buy it, you can even file a complaint against us," and I left the store without purchasing the product.
I am filing a complaint due to the attitude of the store staff, and I request that action be taken against the relevant personnel.
