Vacuum Motor Failed on Miele Triflex HX2

My Miele Triflex HX2 vacuum's motor stopped working on October 17th, just three months after I bought it. I was told that water got into the filter and caused the motor to stop working. They said I would have to pay ₺2770 for the new motor and ₺300 for the labor, but it's not covered by the warranty. I reluctantly said yes, thinking I might have to wait for up to 4 weeks. I called the service three times from November 19th to 24th, but they didn't give me any updates. They said they couldn't provide information because they didn't have any records. During my last phone call on November 24, while I was talking to the call center, I happened to get another call from the central service. They let me know that after 38 days, the product had been fixed and was all set to be delivered. The whole process, from having to wait for weeks for even the tiniest part to dealing with unprofessional customer service, shows that they don't really care about making customers happy. It's really frustrating to deal with so much stress over a product that is priced 2-3 times higher than the average in the market. Will I ever purchase another Miele product? No way! Can you believe waiting for one and a half to two months just to get the smallest part replaced if something goes wrong? What would someone do if it was a household appliance? Using the vacuum is kind of okay, but it's a total nightmare.
