I purchased the Miele Triflex HX2 Performance vacuum cleaner, believing in the brand’s reputation for quality and reliability. I wanted a hassle-free product experience, but unfortunately, I was disappointed. After just six months of use, the vacuum's power and performance noticeably declined, which was completely unexpected for such a premium product.
When I contacted Miele for maintenance and repairs, I was shocked by the costs. They quoted me 2,000 ₺ for a routine maintenance service, 940 ₺ just for a gasket replacement, and another 2,000 ₺ for a thin plastic signal part located under the vacuum. Despite the product still being under warranty for over a year, Miele and its authorized service demanded payment for each repair and part replacement.
Other brands provide free repairs or even full replacements during the warranty period, but Miele charged for every component, leaving me with a very disappointing customer experience. I expected much better service from a global brand known for its premium pricing.
I request a full review of this warranty process, a clear explanation of why these repairs were not covered, and the immediate refund of the excessive repair costs I was charged. Please take responsibility for your product’s performance and honor your warranty commitments.
