I Can’t Find Replacement Brushes for My Miele RX2 Scout for Over a Year

We own a Miele RX2 Scout robot vacuum, and while the device itself was initially great, we’ve hit a major problem: we haven’t been able to find replacement brushes or accessories for over a year.

Naturally, with regular use, the side brushes and other parts wear down—but Miele’s own online store has been out of stock, and no other reputable source carries them either. It’s unbelievable that a premium brand like Miele doesn’t support its own products with essential spare parts.

Because of this, our robot vacuum has been sitting unused for over 12 months. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay this much for a product and then not be able to maintain or use it. Miele, you must restock these accessories immediately or provide a solution. A high-end vacuum should not become useless because you don’t support it with basic replacement parts.
