No Replacement Parts Available for my Samsung Robot Vacuum

I bought a Samsung robot vacuum. After a while of use, I was unable to locate or purchase spare parts from either the dealer or the official service. I contacted customer service, who informed me that it would take two months. I waited for two months before learning that the parts would be shipped from Korea and that I would have to wait even longer. My robot vacuum is currently in poor condition. There is no filter or side brushes. It cost me 11,000 ₺ to purchase. Furthermore, I was charged an additional fee for the extended warranty, but no one is doing anything. It's a shame I didn't purchase a Xiaomi device. I will never buy Samsung products again after this; the quality has significantly deteriorated.
