Hello, I’ve been using the Dyson V11 vacuum and now need to replace the battery. However, every time I try to order one, I’m told it’s out of stock. I contacted customer service hoping for help, but they offered no solution—just vague responses with no timeline or alternative options.

I bought this product because I trusted the Dyson brand, expecting not just performance, but also long-term support. Now I’m left with a high-end vacuum that I can’t use simply because I can’t get a basic, essential part. This situation is incredibly disappointing.

Dyson, I need you to resolve this issue urgently. Make the V11 battery available or offer a viable replacement option. Standing behind your products means more than just selling them—it means supporting them when your customers need it most.
