I Bought 1500 UC on Midasbuy but Didn’t Receive the 300 UC Bonus as Promised

Hello Midasbuy team, I’m reaching out because I’m extremely disappointed with my recent purchase. I bought 1500 UC through your website, expecting to receive the additional 300 UC bonus that was clearly advertised during the promotion. However, I only received the 1500 UC—there was no bonus added to my account.

This is the second time I’ve purchased UC from your platform, and I was hoping for a better experience. Instead, I feel completely let down. If there’s a system error or any conditions I’m not aware of, you need to make that clear. But from what I saw, the offer was valid and should’ve applied automatically.

Please look into this issue immediately. I spent ₺ expecting to get what was promised. If a mistake was made, correct it and credit my missing 300 UC bonus—or at the very least, explain why it wasn’t applied. Transparency and fair treatment matter to your paying users.
