MidasBuy Took My Payment but Didn’t Deliver UC


I purchased 1500 UC from MidasBuy and made the payment via bank transfer. However, the UC never arrived in my account, so we had no choice but to cancel the transaction. The real problem? I still haven’t received my money back either.
It’s been over a day now, and I’m left with absolutely nothing—no UC, no refund. I’ve contacted support, but all I get is vague responses and no real solution. This is incredibly frustrating, especially since I need those funds urgently.
If you're going to cancel the transaction, at least issue the refund immediately. It's unacceptable to take people's money and leave them in limbo with zero communication. I demand that MidasBuy either send the 1500 UC I paid for or refund my money to my card without any further delay. This needs to be resolved now.
