Lost Access to PK XD Account – Unable to Recover My Profile

I am an Android player of PK XD and I am writing because I lost access to my account and have not received any response to the request I sent about a month ago. I lost my cellphone and I no longer have access to the original email linked to the account or to the four numbers of my tag. My nickname in the game has unique special characters and is exactly as follows: ツ・オ・チ・⼛・Ⳑ・モ・ㄨ・チ・オ・ツ. Since there are no other accounts with this exact same name, I kindly ask that a human support agent manually search for this profile in your database so I can recover it. The last time I was able to access my PK XD account was around May 20. I do not have screenshots, but I am available to answer security questions about the items, clothes or accessories that my avatar had, the type of purchases or any other information that helps verify that I am the owner. I respectfully request that you help me recover my PK XD account and link it to this new email address that I am currently using, so that I can continue playing with my original profile.
