I Bought 8100 UC from MidasBuy But Didn’t Receive It After 2 Hours or Get Support

I purchased 8100 UC from MidasBuy, and it’s been over 2 hours, but the UC still hasn’t been added to my account. I paid nearly ₺3200, and yet I have received nothing in return—not even a confirmation or an update. I reached out to customer service, but so far no one has responded, and I have no idea what’s going on with my purchase.

This is completely unacceptable. We're not talking about a small transaction—this is a significant amount of money, and I expect either the UC to be delivered immediately or a full refund issued without delay.

I trusted MidasBuy as an official top-up platform, but this experience has shattered that trust. If this is how paying customers are treated—ignored after handing over their money—why should anyone feel safe making purchases through this site?
