Midasbuy Took My Payment for PUBG UC but Didn’t Deliver or Refund
About 10 days ago, I sent ₺1450 to Midasbuy to purchase three PUBG Mobile UC packages. However, by mistake, I accidentally sent ₺1400 instead of the exact amount. Despite this, my money never returned to my account, and I never received the UC I paid for.
I have emailed Midasbuy multiple times, yet all I get are generic, unhelpful responses. Their reply claims my payment was not processed and suggests I contact my bank for a refund. However, my money was clearly taken, and I have provided all necessary proof—yet Midasbuy refuses to take responsibility.
I demand an immediate resolution—either deliver my UC or refund my money! Midasbuy, stop ignoring customers! Has anyone else faced this issue? This is unacceptable!
