Shortswave Subscription Not Showing in Google Play – Can't Cancel

I have a problem with a weekly Shortswave subscription on my Android device that I am unable to cancel. I started being charged last week and the weekly fee is 17.99, but I cannot find any option to end this subscription. When I go to my Google Play subscriptions page, Shortswave does not appear in the list at all, so I cannot manage or cancel it from there. Because of this, I am stuck paying for a service that I do not want to continue using. I request that my Shortswave subscription be cancelled immediately so that no further weekly payments are taken from my account. I would like written confirmation that the subscription has been fully cancelled.
