Windows 11 Pro Update Wrecks Gaming Performance & Causes FPS Drops

My Windows 11 Pro update has turned my gaming experience into a frustrating nightmare. Despite having all my computer settings optimized for performance, I'm experiencing severe FPS drops and stutters in my games. My FPS values, which typically hover around 200, suddenly plummet to 140-150, accompanied by jarring stutters that disrupt the gameplay. This graphical instability is unacceptable, forcing me to abandon Windows updates altogether.

After a month of avoiding updates, the stutters miraculously disappeared. However, last week, I succumbed to the nagging prompt to update my system to the latest version, a decision I deeply regret. The FPS drops and stutters have returned, plaguing even games that my system should handle with ease.
