Xbox Support Experience, Lack of Information and Uninformed Staff
I chose to sign up for a Game Pass membership for my Xbox Series S. I was looking for information on the Xbox or Microsoft websites, but I couldn't find it. To be honest, your help pages are some of the worst I've seen. They don't make any sense at all. When I called the designated help number, 08503902777 (on December 20, 2023, at 12:40), I couldn't get to the information on the web pages. It was one of the three worst call centers I've ever been to. The person who answered the phone from Xbox support didn't know much about the subject, so I had to explain my questions them. They didn't know much about Xbox or Game Pass, and they even told me the wrong thing when they said that Ultimate could only be used on a computer. For a big company like Microsoft, these things are not acceptable. I strongly advise that you make your services better.
