Lost Xbox Game Pass Access After Login Issue on Microsoft Store
On September 11, 2024, I purchased a 1-month Game Pass Standard PC package through the Xbox app. I downloaded the games without any issues, but when I tried to play them, I received a Microsoft Store compatibility error. I then entered the email address associated with my Xbox account into the Microsoft Store, and since then, I’ve lost access to my Game Pass membership. It no longer shows up in my purchases, and I can’t play any of the games.
Even after uninstalling and reinstalling the apps, the issue remains unresolved. I’ve been unable to contact Xbox support for help. I’m requesting assistance to resolve this issue as soon as possible so I can access my games and restore my membership.
