As a student, this amount of money is significant and not something I can simply overlook. This unauthorized charge has caused me considerable financial stress and frustration. I clearly cancelled the trial, yet I was still charged, which is unacceptable. I demand a full refund of the ₺399 that was improperly charged to my account.
