I Report Microsoft Word Charged ₺399 After Free Trial Cancellation

I signed up for a Microsoft Word free trial for a school assignment. The trial was for 7 days. I used it on the day I signed up and then stopped using it. Despite canceling the free trial, ₺399 was still deducted from my account 7 days later. I haven't used the application since that first day, meaning I paid ₺399 for nothing.

As a student, this amount of money is significant and not something I can simply overlook. This unauthorized charge has caused me considerable financial stress and frustration. I clearly cancelled the trial, yet I was still charged, which is unacceptable. I demand a full refund of the ₺399 that was improperly charged to my account. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will proceed with a complaint to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. Please resolve this within 14 days.
