Microsoft Word Charged Without Asking for My Bank Password After Free Trial

19

I signed up for a free trial of Microsoft Word, thinking it was risk-free. But without any warning or asking for my bank password, Microsoft withdrew ₺2,999 from my account. I never approved this payment, and it’s outrageous that such a large amount could be taken without even a basic confirmation step.

As soon as I saw the charge, I immediately canceled the subscription and submitted a refund request. Despite taking quick action, I still haven’t received a refund. This kind of behavior—charging people automatically without a password or final approval—is deceptive and unacceptable.

Microsoft, return my money now. I demand an immediate refund of the ₺2,999 withdrawn without my consent. You cannot call it a "free trial" and then silently charge nearly three thousand lira with no confirmation. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in your services. Do the right thing and issue the refund promptly.
