On February 12, 2026, at around 11:40 AM, I noticed a $76 charge on my Garanti Bank card from Microsoft that was made without my knowledge or consent. I am seriously distressed because this charge was taken from my account for a transaction that I did not approve and for which I have no automatic renewal request. In the past, I had purchased Excel for one year; however, I deliberately did not save my card information on file and I never gave any approval for automatic renewal.
Despite this, I do not accept that money was taken from my card for what appears to be a renewal of Excel or Microsoft 365 or a similar service that I never agreed to. Additionally, even though I have tried to reach Microsoft for support, I cannot find anyone who will actually address this situation.
I demand that the $76 charged without my knowledge and consent be refunded to me as soon as possible, and that any subscription that appears to be linked to my card be canceled immediately. If these demands are not met, I want to make it clear that I will pursue all legal and administrative options available to dispute the charge with my bank and protect my rights.
