On December 23, 2025, I noticed an unauthorized charge of $21 on the statement of my VakıfBank Mastercard credit card ending in 3116, made by a merchant listed as “Microsoft*Store” with the description “msbill.info.” This transaction was made without my knowledge or consent. No service invoice or receipt related to this charge was sent to my email address.
I did not knowingly purchase any service, subscription, or game for this amount through any of my Microsoft accounts. If a subscription or game was purchased without my knowledge, no invoice or billing notification has been provided to me for nearly one month. Despite the charge appearing on my credit card, no game, product, or purchase record related to this transaction is visible in my Microsoft Store account.
This transaction was completed entirely without my authorization, and due to security concerns, my bank has since cancelled the credit card. I request that this unauthorized charge be urgently investigated, that the $21 amount be refunded to me in full, and that the account involved and all related security logs be thoroughly reviewed.
I ask that this matter be investigated promptly and that I be informed of the outcome both in writing and by phone, and that the inconvenience and harm I have suffered be fully addressed.
