Garanti Bank Unauthorized Tracelo.com Charges Totaling ₺5,694 Without Consent

Between November 16, 2024 and April 16, 2025, a total of ₺5,694 was withdrawn from my Garanti Bank account through Tracelo.com without my knowledge or consent. Each withdrawal occurred on the 16th of the month.

I never received any notification, invoice, confirmation email, or approval request regarding these recurring transactions. Moreover, I could not find any official customer service contact or address to reach Tracelo directly.

Although I never initiated or authorized any membership, these monthly payments were taken from my account. I even canceled my card, but no refunds have been issued for the unauthorized charges. I was never informed of any membership agreement, commitment, or trial period.

I demand the full refund of the unjustly withdrawn ₺5,694 and immediate resolution of this issue.
