Hello, I am unhappy with Hotmail's lack of customer service. I've been trying to recover my account for days now with no success. Despite having the correct password, I cannot recall my locked recovery email from years ago. I am fully aware of the necessary security information and am willing to provide it all, including a photocopy of my ID, a security question, and any other details. I sent in the recovery form, which I filled out as completely as possible, but it was rejected. I'm confident that 90% of the information I supplied was correct, but a few typos appear to be keeping me from regaining access to my account. This is extremely inconvenient, especially since I have important messages and data in my Hotmail account that I require urgently. I am pleading with the Microsoft Hotmail team to intervene and provide me with the assistance I require to recover my account.
