I Can’t Access My Locked Hotmail Account and Recovery Form Keeps Getting Rejected

I’m trying to log into my Hotmail account, and although my password is correct, the account is locked. I can’t remember the recovery email since I created this account years ago. Microsoft directed me to fill out the account recovery form, which I did, but it was rejected—even though I’m confident 90% of the information I submitted was accurate. If there were any mistakes, they were likely minor typos.
This is incredibly frustrating. I’m the rightful owner and I’m willing to provide any security info needed—ID copy, security questions, whatever is required.
Microsoft Hotmail team, please contact me directly and help me regain access. I’m stuck and need real human assistance now.
