Microsoft Locked Me Out of My Hotmail by Sending Codes to My Old Phone Number
I cannot log in to my Hotmail account, which I have used for years, because it keeps sending a verification code to my old phone number, even though I remember the password. Despite filling out the recovery form correctly multiple times, I have not received any positive response from the Microsoft team. The lack of direct support options makes the process even more frustrating, as I am stuck in a loop with no clear resolution. Everything I own is tied to this email address, including critical personal and financial information. Losing access to this account has disrupted my daily life and caused unnecessary stress. Yet Microsoft provides no assistance whatsoever. It’s absurd—I can’t access my own account, and there seems to be no way to bypass this issue.
