Michael Kors Women's Watch Discoloration Issue and Inadequate Service Response

I purchased a Michael Kors women's watch approximately 90 days ago. Upon first use, the metal left a gray mark on my wrist. I took the watch back to the store to report my complaint, and they sent it for service. The service center only cleaned the watch and returned it to me. When I used it a second time, I encountered the same issue with the metal leaving a gray mark on my wrist again.
I brought the watch back to the store, and they sent it to technical service for repair or replacement of the strap. After three months, the watch is still being repaired. I am disappointed that a brand like Michael Kors has not addressed my issue. It is unacceptable for such a well-known brand not to stand behind the products they sell. There is clearly a manufacturing defect in a watch that was used for the first time, and despite my request for an exchange, they did not proceed with that option.
