Malfunctioning Michael Kors Watch Excluding Warranty Coverage
I am currently quite dissatisfied with my Michael Kors watch. Despite purchasing it in September, I have not been able to utilize it adequately. There is a frequent issue in which the watch's hands stop operating properly and rotate freely, rendering the watch unusable and ugly. When I took it to the nearest authorized service center and detailed the problem, they just stated, "You must have bumped it," something I take very seriously. I reluctantly agreed, and it was shipped for repairs. Two weeks later, I received notification that it had been repaired. When I went to pick it up the next day, the same issue arose. I did not hit or drop the watch; can it possibly malfunction two days in a row? I went back to the same service center and demanded a replacement because it was unacceptable for it to break down in the same location just one day later. Unfortunately, my plea was not taken seriously; the store employee dismissed it as a separate issue. So, I messaged the service center and explained the scenario. It's been 15 days and I've heard nothing. Today, I called the store, but my replacement request was denied; I was told it had been "repaired." How can such a well-known brand refuse to provide a replacement unless the buyer specifically requests it? I will take this case to the Consumer Court. I'm not looking for a replacement anymore; instead, I'm going to demand a refund.
