No Response from Michael Kors Customer Service After Sending Watch for Inspection

I sent my Michael Kors watch for inspection due to an issue, but I’ve received no updates whatsoever. Despite being told that I would be contacted, there has been no follow-up or even basic communication. It’s extremely frustrating that a brand like Michael Kors isn’t standing behind its products or providing proper support. I’ve tried reaching out to customer service multiple times, but I can’t get through to anyone. How can a brand of this caliber have no accessible customer support? This lack of communication is unacceptable. I expect Michael Kors to address this matter immediately, provide an update on my watch, and improve their customer service system.
