Michael Kors MK3192 Repair Issue & Damaged Stones

Hello, just wanted to share that I got my Michael Kors MK3192 watch back from the technical service today. They took care of the plating and replaced the battery for me. Unfortunately, the stones of my watch arrived in a dislodged and pressed inward state, clearly indicating damage. Why would you send it out like this? It's hard to wrap your head around. Additionally, I had sent in my watch for repairs prior to the warranty expiring on 18.09.2023. I was told I had to pay a fee, but when I asked about it, they assured me that it wouldn't cost anything because it was covered by the warranty. I already knew that they shouldn't charge me any fees for the warranty, and if I hadn't brought it up, they would have just sent my watch back without fixing it. I wouldn't have brought this up, but the fact that my watch arrived in such terrible condition suggests that I can't ignore these problems. In addition, the repair should have been completed within 20 business days, but it ended up taking over a month to arrive, and I couldn't get a hold of customer service. When I went to the store where I handed it in, surprisingly, it was returned in just 2 days. If I hadn't checked in, I'd still be waiting. I've been waiting patiently throughout this whole ordeal, but if I had known my watch would get messed up at the technical service, I wouldn't have bothered sending it in the first place. I gave you my watch because it had changed color, and now I'm dealing with various issues. Furthermore, the plating job was done very poorly. I just can't connect this situation with Michael Kors. I really need a solution to this problem right away. It seems like the stones in this watch may have become loose and were then pressed back in, which could be the cause of this problem. Unless you get a new one, the watch won't work properly. I'll show you some visuals.
