Michael Kors Watch Faded After Few Uses
I purchased a Michael Kors MK7213 (Rose Gold) watch from the Saat & Saat store at Ankara Nata Vega Outlet. After only using the watch 2 or 3 times, the color started to fade. When I sent it in for warranty service, they simply cleaned it and returned it with the faded area still yellow. This is truly dismissive. The inside of the watch strap has also faded, and merely cleaning it without proper repairs is not acceptable for a brand like Michael Kors. I am requesting either a replacement or a refund for the watch. It's disappointing to spend a significant amount of money at Saat & Saat and receive such indifferent service. I will do everything I can to advise others against purchasing from Saat & Saat. I want this issue resolved promptly. Having to send the product for warranty service twice within a month of purchase is unacceptable. Who will cover the cost difference?
