I purchased a Michael Kors watch 1.5 years ago from Saat&Saat, but the band’s color faded significantly. I sent it in under warranty, and they replaced it with a new one. However, within just two months of minimal use, the new band began fading in the exact same way.
This is incredibly disappointing, as I expected better quality from a premium brand like Michael Kors. Having to deal with the same issue twice has been frustrating and unacceptable.
Michael Kors, I demand a permanent solution to this recurring problem. Either improve the quality of your watchbands or offer a refund. Customers trust your brand for high standards, and this experience has completely failed to meet expectations. Fix this immediately!
