Michael Kors MK2170U Sunglasses Oxidized After Minimal Use

I purchased the Michael Kors MK2170U 390818 54 Women’s Sunglasses, trusting in the brand's assurance of authenticity. However, after just 3-4 uses, the MK logos on the sides oxidized and lost their color. Additionally, the screws on the frame began discoloring and turning green.
I raised a support request and returned the product to the seller for inspection. Unsurprisingly, the seller quickly denied the claim without any proper review, as they wouldn’t admit to selling a counterfeit product. Despite paying a premium for an "authentic" item, the quality is questionable, and the response from the seller has been dismissive.
I demand a thorough inspection of the product and an immediate resolution to this issue. A brand like Michael Kors should stand behind the quality of its products.
