I purchased a pair of Michael Kors sunglasses on 08.12.2023, and after a while, the screws started loosening, causing th...e glasses to fall off my face, and the frame began to turn green on the sides. I sent them for repair under warranty, but they rejected my claim, stating it was due to user error.
