Michael Kors Sunglasses Defective – Poor Service After Warranty Claim Rejected
I purchased a pair of Michael Kors sunglasses on 08.12.2023, and after a while, the screws started loosening, causing the glasses to fall off my face, and the frame began to turn green on the sides. I sent them for repair under warranty, but they rejected my claim, stating it was due to user error. Later, the store informed me that they had repaired the glasses, but when I went to pick them up, the frame was bent. When I pointed this out, they tried to fix it but failed. I requested to send the glasses back to service, but they told me I had to wait 15 days. This is ridiculous! Why is there no proper support after the sale? I bought these glasses from Michael Kors, expecting quality, but I’ve only received poor service. Now I’m stuck with bent glasses!
