My New Michael Kors Sunglasses Developed Spots
I bought two pairs of sunglasses from Michael Kors; one brown and the other black, from Boyner store six months ago. Both pairs have developed spots in the same areas on their lenses. When I showed them to an optician, they said it was peeling. I sent them back through Boyner to the company, but received a rejection response. Michael Kors officials have deemed this as user error. Must we throw away such poor quality products after paying a high price? If Michael Kors, an American company, were in the US, they would refund or replace them without hesitation, even six years later. Is the intermediary firm more important than customer satisfaction? The polarization of both sunglasses peeled, and I hadn't even worn them ten times. I will complain to the Consumer Rights Court.
