MEXC Spot BNX Coins Missing—Funds Not in Account


On March 14, 2025, at 19:38, I purchased BNX coins on MEXC’s spot market, but they are not showing up in my account. My funds are also missing, and I have no idea where my money or coins have gone.
I am struggling to contact support because all communication channels are in foreign languages, making it very difficult to explain my issue. I need urgent assistance—if this is a technical issue, MEXC must notify me immediately and provide a resolution.
